  • FREE USPS SHIPPING in the USA - "just enter the Free Shipping Code which is listed on the Wellcome Page of this site. We ship in-stock orders the next business day. Back orders required 2 to 3 weeks (For example, our jewelry pieces are hand made and may not be in-stock when ordered). Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Warmers will be shipped between 1 - 10 Business Days if not in stock. You will be informed of items on back order and their expected delivery date via email. No additional charges will be applied to backorders.

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please send your item(s) back to us within 3 days of receipt with insured Postal Service. All discounted sales are final. Please request a Return Authorization Number and the Returns Department Mailing Address PRIOR TO RETURNING items by e-mail at info@usefullgiftitems.com. Let us know if you would like something else for your return, credit card credited or a store credit for later use. Please enclose the original invoice with return. Orders must be received within 14 calendar days from the date of your order. Your refund will be processed within 60 calendar days from the day we receive your return. Damaged Items or Items considered to be in other than "as new" condition cannot be returned. We do not refund shipping charges.
